Lex Kiefhaber is an award winning wine professional and sommelier recently from Brooklyn, but now loving his DC life. He was the Wine Director of Smith and Wollensky's in New York City, one of the nation's oldest and most lauded steakhouses in the heart of Manhattan. While working at S&W he was named one of the nations top 40 wine professionals under 40 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. He then helped build one of the largest online wine clubs in the United States, Firstleaf, as their Director of Wine.
